About
Carrie and her husband Nik came to Immanuel Baptist Church when they moved to Pace in 2017 after having spent 24 years living a life of military adventures. Northwest Florida is their home, so when it was time to settle, they prayed about returning home and God led them to Pace. Carrie has five children, Nicholas, Cody, Brayden, Lexi, and Caiden. Nicholas has increased the Holland brood by adding their lovely daughter-in-law, Anna, and their adorable little grandson, Xavier.

Carrie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing further education in the fields of both ministry work and education, and will earn a Master of Education degree, also from Liberty University.

Carrie has a passion for children, families, and relationships, and is called by God to create environments where children of all ages can be reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. She recognizes that parents want their children to be safe, to feel loved, and to enjoy coming to church, and she focuses on forming trusting partnerships with families. Families are made stronger when God is first in the home, and Carrie values partnering with parents, supporting and empowering them to raise up the next generation for Christ.
