LEWIS MILLER 

Bachelor of Ministry degree from the Baptist College of Florida (1986), and his Masters of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (1994). Having served local congregations for 22 years in various leadership roles, he has been with the Florida Baptist Convention for the past 17 years and is currently serving as the West Florida Regional Catalyst.

His work has a three-fold focus of the Church Health, Church planting, and Church Revitalization. This work also emphasizes prayer and intentional evangelism. Lewis is working with Pastors and church leaders across the region and state to develop a network of best practitioners to respond to local church needs. We believe the convention exists to serve the local church and her leaders for the advancement of God’s kingdom and for His glory!

JOHN LOWE

Campus Pastor for Olive Baptist’s Warrington Campus. John served as a student minister for 25 years in churches in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. John considers student ministry volunteers as his heroes. Sunday School is the most essential ministry in the church as it provides the students with systematic Bible study, the opportunity to connect in a safe environment, and the opportunity to be led by adults who model the Christian faith, both in the classroom and in the everyday lives of students.

DR. VALERIE DAVIDSON

Dr. Valerie Davidson has a wealth of experience from over 25 years of ministry, having served as a teacher, principal, children's minister, and education specialist. Valerie has a Doctor of Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Valerie currently writes children's curriculum and leads training conferences for church leaders and volunteers. She has a passion for helping teachers reach their students with the love of Jesus while teaching them the Word of God.

DR. FAYE SCOTT

Minister to Children at First Baptist New Orleans, earned a Doctor of Education degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019. Faye, whose dissertation focused on the prevention of child sexual abuse in the local church, is passionate about helping church leaders provide a safe, secure environment for those entrusted to their care.
