This a group of women who believe in the power of prayer and in supporting IBC through prayer. They pray for God’s protection and provision for all things IBC; such as the spiritual growth of the church, the pastors, leaders, ministries, families, and all age groups from babies to senior adults. They also pray for the community and the nation.

Women’s Book Club
Ladies of all ages are welcome to attend our monthly book club! We meet at various ladies homes, restaurants or the church. All books are spiritually based and are facilitated in an open discussion setting. This is a great opportunity to meet other ladies and enjoy a time of fellowship, fun and prayer.
We do ask that you secure your own copy of each book in the format of your choosing. Examples are: Kindle, e-book, public library, audible or purchased copy.

Conquering Strongholds
Conquering Strongholds is a Christ-centered program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain, or addiction of any kind. This curriculum helps people move beyond hurts, habits, and hang-ups to experience the forgiveness of God. Getting to the root of what fruit we struggle with in our lives. Work on healing so God can use us more effectively for His kingdom, and to be high priests of our homes.

The Gathering Garden

The Gathering Garden is offering a connection class that brings women together who are searching for God and support during their difficult journey. This term we will be working through Lysa Terkeurst’s book, It’s Not Supposed to Be This Way, and learning what God’s word has to say about facing deep disappointments that leave you feeling shattered beyond repair.

These cultural issues may be ever changing, but the biblical framework that helps us navigate them never changes. We will dive into how Jesus prepares us to not only spread his Word but also empowers us to do healing work. Understanding Islam
"Unveiling Islam" by Ergun & Emir Caner
The influence of Islam has grown in America more than many realize today. We will get a better understanding of what Islam teaches, and the influence it already has in our country. Some have even suggested that we merge Christianity and Islam; it's called "Chrislam". Is that possible? While the influence here in the panhandle is not as strong as it is in other parts of the US, it is still important to educate ourselves now to the dangers of Islam.

Sewing Seeds II
The primary purpose of this group is to construct small quilts for those in need. Participants will be taught to sew and quilt, as needed. A sewing machine is not required as there are a few machines available for use during class. If you have a sewing machine, we ask you to bring it to the sessions along with any sewing notions and any cotton fabric or batting you'd like to donate. Each session begins with a short devotion and prayer.
