Regional Men's Conference is a gathering for men of all ages and backgrounds for a weekend full of worship, biblical teaching, and celebration.
Man Up will feature guest speakers, Dr. Stephen Rummage, Pastor Jeremy Holley, and Pastor Jeff Haygood. Worship Arise by Sunrise and special breakout sessions!

Pastor Nathan is the Senior Pastor at Pine Terrace Baptist Church.

Pastor Brian is the Associate Pastor of Discipleship at First Baptist Pensacola. The Struggle Within will
look at spiritual disciplines to help us battle our flesh.

Dr. Stephen Rummage
Dr. Stephen Rummage is the Executive Director-Treasurer of the Florida Baptist Convention. Stephen has pastored churches in Florida, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Louisiana. He received the Ph.D. in preaching at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and the M.Div. with a specialization in biblical languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served on the faculties of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also has authored several books and founded a daily nationwide broadcast ministry which aired from 2010 to 2024. Stephen and his wife, Michele, have one son and daughter-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter.

Pastor Jeremy Holley
Jeremy has been serving at the Lead Pastor of IBC since April of 2020 when he and his family moved across country at the onset of the COVID pandemic. Jeremy is from central Arkansas, where he met his wife Lauren, and began his ministry journey. They were married on March 23, 2007 and began their life and ministry together. Jeremy and Lauren have three children: Annabella, Jonah, and Lorelai.
Jeremy received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in May 2007. He went on to get licensed in June of 2007 and was ordained in March of 2010. Jeremy completed his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2014.
