About
Haylee was raised in Chipley, FL, where she grew up as a pastor’s kid with a deep love for the local church. She later moved to Mobile, AL to attend the University of Mobile, where she met her husband, Ryan Adams. They were married in March 2025. Ryan now serves as the Production Ministry Leader at IBC, where the two serve together in ministry.

Haylee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Worship Leadership and Church Ministry from the University of Mobile in 2021. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Worship Studies and Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in 2023. Before relocating to the Pace area in 2025, she served for four years as the Service Programming Director at BayLife Church in Fairhope, AL.

With a heart for discipleship, Haylee is passionate about guiding the next generation and helping them walk confidently in the calling God has placed on their lives. She and Ryan are excited to be part of the IBC family and are committed to serving and equipping future Christ followers.
