Jeremy Holley

Senior Pastor

About

Jeremy is from central Arkansas, where he met his wife Lauren, and began his ministry journey. They were married on March 23, 2007 and began their life and ministry together. Jeremy and Lauren have three children: Annabella (11), Jonah (10), and Lorelai (6).

Jeremy received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in May 2007. He went on to get licensed in June of 2007 and was ordained in March of 2010. Jeremy completed his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2014. Furthermore, he has plans to pursue a Doctor of Ministry degree in the near future.

With a strong desire to see people saved, both locally and abroad, Pastor Jeremy’s goal is to reach as many people as he can with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a heart for evangelism and missions and loves to preach. His goal is to lead the church to dynamic growth, and effectively engage people of all ages.

Both Jeremy and Lauren’s ultimate goal is for God to use them however He sees fit, for His glory. While Lauren is Jeremy’s number one supporter in ministry, she is also gifted in, and passionate about, women’s ministry. This is an area in which she also feels called to the work of the ministry.

Jeremy received his first ministerial experience as a youth pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Under Jeremy’s leadership, the church saw the youth group grow from 2 to 40. It was also at Calvary that Jeremy received his first opportunity to preach on a consistent basis, filling the pulpit once every month or two, as the pastor allowed.

In January of 2010, Jeremy was called as the pastor of Mountain Springs Baptist Church in Cabot, Arkansas. Under Jeremy’s leadership, MSBC was one of the association’s leaders in overall baptisms, church growth, and leadership development. Under Jeremy's leadership, the church saw a tremendous increase in attendance, participation, and giving. Jeremy helped MSBC establish a foundation of new ministries, led them through a successful building campaign, and facilitated a total transformation of the church’s presence in the community.

Jeremy also has extensive experience in successfully leading teams of employees and managers in the corporate sector. During his time in the corporate world, he was responsible for all staffing, leadership development, performance, personnel reviews, growth, administration, and organization for the South division of Arkansas’ largest authorized AT&T retailer. This corporate opportunity developed leadership experience and administrative skills that have enhanced Pastor Holley’s ability to serve the church effectively.
