Got Sabbath?
This 7-week study invites participants into the biblical, theological, and deeply practical life of Sabbath.
God’s ancient rhythm designed to renew the mind, restore the soul, and reshape our identity in Him. Through Scripture, spiritual practices, and guided reflection, we will explore what Sabbath means in the Old and New Testaments, how Jesus redefined rest, and how Christians today can cultivate a life anchored in God’s presence rather than constant productivity.
Each week combines biblical teaching, historical insight, spiritual disciplines, and practical applications that help learners embrace Sabbath not merely as a day off, but as a lifestyle rooted in grace.
Participants will learn:
*What the Bible actually teaches about Sabbath from Genesis to Revelation
*How Sabbath shapes identity, worship, and discipleship
*The difference between legalistic rest and life-giving rest
*How Jesus fulfilled and reframed Sabbath for the church
*How Sabbath practices can reshape families, work rhythms, and emotional health
*Practical tools for creating a sustainable Sabbath rhythm
This class is ideal for anyone longing for deeper spiritual formation, less hurry, and a more grounded walk with God
